Description

The goal of this project is to improve our online presentation, rework our website and connect it to a CRM tool, and thereby also improve on the efficiency of our work and communication with clients. 1) Program a new website that will be clearer and linked to our CRM tool. This will make working with our website easier and clearer for our clients, so they can find appropriate help more easily. We will save time on administration and be able to focus more on our clients. 
2) Create automated campaigns. We want to achieve better communication with our donors, which will also translate into financial support, and better communication with our clients, so we will be able to help them better.

Summary of project results

We are currently dealing with a situation where our website is not sufficiently optimized and not completely clear. We are partly aware of this problem ourselves, but we have also had feedback from our clients where they have had trouble tracking down information. The loading of the site is very slow,which is largely due to the lack of optimization. 

At the same time, the site is not ideally connected to our CRM system (Péče o dárce), which we started using this year. Therefore, we have to enter a lot of data manually into the system, which we would like to solve by automatically connecting to this system. We also need to set up automatic campaigns in Péče o dárce, so that we can communicate with our clients even more effectively.

 

The main objective was to strengthen the digital competences of the NGO NePornu. Thanks to the new website, we are now able to better communicate ourvision and offer for our clients. This primary goal was achieved through writing new content for the new website and its better segmentation. 

The organization''s website now has the advantage of being linked to the CRM (although not fully, because some functions are not offered by the CRM tool,and we would have to have them programmed individually, which was beyond the financial scope of this project). Nevertheless, we were able to better implement the use of the CRM when communicating with clients. This created also the bases for future development of automatic campaigns, which will becreated during the summer of 2024 from our own resources. 

 

A new website has been programmed and is now more user-friendly. The website is also partially linked to the CMR system, which has simplified the work 

with the website and made the assistance offered to clients more accessible. The new linking of the website to the CMR thus saves administration and

the time we can devote to helping clients. The implementation of this objective took place between November 2023 and January 2024.

Automated campaigns are not yet fully running due to lack of budget resources. However, they are scheduled to be launched in the summer of 2024.

Nevertheless, communication with donors is already more effective and this is reflected specifically in financial support.

At the same time, communication with clients is also better.
