The project responded to specific needs in the area of client registration, planning and fulfillment of CDZ-D services in accordance with the established treatment-therapeutic plan and the spatial and personnel capacity of the facility. The goal was to provide a tool for further development of the application, which will contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of services in accordance with the requirements of the health-social facility of child psychiatric care.

In collaboration with the digitization coordinator and the IT consultant, an analysis of the organization''s requirements for a database was developed, which contains all the data needed to operate the CDZ-D and provide care to clients. The expected functions of the application were also taken into account, taking into account the operational requirements of the CDZ-D and control authorities. As part of the activity, the processes in the organization, their sequence and interconnection were mapped, which will be taken into account when designing the data model and in the future when designing the application.

After the successful implementation of the project, the organization has at its disposal a complete analysis of the processes in CDZ-D. It has a database of data it needs for its activity and reporting, available via WebAPI. The management of the organization was introduced to the possibilities of further development aimed at supporting the digitization of the operation of the equipment.
