Description

The project aims to modernize the production of specialized paper at UAB Inčas, which could significantly increase the company''s productivity, reduce electricity costs and increase sales volumes. The need for the project arose from the need to improve the existing production capacity and efficiency. The installation of an innovative computerized and fully automated production line will produce a high quality product: rolls of various sizes of paper with/without core for cash registers, ATMs, parking meters, bus and train tickets, medical and other laboratory instruments. The new technology will be a new technology at the level of Lithuania and other countries, and the new technology capabilities will allow producing products with printing elements on both sides of the product, to label the produced products and to give traceability to the product. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the Norwegian partner Gersen AS, which will contribute to the project by transferring its intellectual potential, knowledge and experience in the application of automation technologies in production and in the computerization of business processes. The project is carried out in Prienai. After the implementation of the project, the main objective of the project to automate and digitalize the company''s production process in order to increase the company''s competitiveness and labour productivity will be achieved. The project is beneficial for the public, consumers and private operators.
