To learn more about the scholarship system for higher educational institutions/students in Norway. How the implementation system is structured and how it works (designing, applying, evaluation, analysis and statistics, information systems and communication of different grants) in HKdir. How the structures, tasks, functions, recent developments, funding formulas, with the main emphasis on HE national and international instruments/services have been working.
