Description

"Balkan Bio BG" EOOD was registered in 2018, in the city of Teteven and is the successor of the company Eco Balkan, founded in 1996 in the city of Teteven, with the main activity of buying and processing milk, production and trade of dairy products . The technological scheme of the enterprise is partial: - cheese production area; - cheese production area; - area for production of other products/ cottage cheese, mozzarella, etc./; - reception area - energy economy. The energy sources of the industrial system are electrical energy and industrial gas oil. There is a complete capacitor system for compensating the reactive energy - 30kVar. The aim is, through the improvement of the energy balances of the PS, as a result of the proposed energy saving measures, to determine a higher level of energy efficiency of the processes, i.e. - increasing the efficiency of the production processes through improved energy efficiency. According to the prepared and implemented energy survey of the enterprise, the following data will be obtained on the expected saving of heat and electricity from the implementation of the measures: The general economic and ecological effect of the activity on the energy balances in the PS is calculated based on the expected saving of thermal and electrical energy from the implementation of the measures • Energy saving - 8,542 MWh/year. • Economy of thermal energy -80.53 MWh/year. • Total energy savings -89,072 MWh/year. • Energy saving percentage - 20.77% • The annual ecological effect is in the amount of 105.1 t/year of CO2.
