Description

Providing a safe space for intellectual engagements between Ukrainian (who fled Ukraine due to the war and currently are living in Lithuania or frequently moving from Ukraine to Lithuania), Lithuanian and other countries intellectuals to discuss, learn, strategize and co-create ideas of possible futures, as well as share these insights with a wider public in Lithuania, Ukraine and abroad. Through its activities the initiative will also facilitate promotion of Ukrainian and Lithuanian culture, history and philosophy, as well as overall European values of democracy and human rights. Summary of the results

Project provided a safe space for intellectual engagements between Ukrainian (who fled Ukraine due to the war and currently are living in Lithuania or frequently moving from Ukraine to Lithuania), Lithuanian and other countries intellectuals to discuss, learn, strategize and co-create ideas of possible futures, as well as share these insights with a wider public in Lithuania, Ukraine and abroad.

During the project there:

8 (out of 8) discussions/debates took place, with 696 people (live - 85 people and via video streaming reached 611 people).

8 (of 5) videos to spread the ideas and insights of public debate to a wider European audience have been created.

29 (out of 15) promotional / information activities have been completed.

4 (out of 3) written products (e.g.  an analytical report, an article for local and international media, or a policy brief with recommendations for policy makers) have been produced by Ukrainian young professionals who have been awarded a fellowship.
