The aim of the project is to create a new service - a dental office with PRF and physiotherapy options, by purchasing the necessary equipment and equipment for PRF and physiotherapy. Until now, no PRF service was provided in Daugavpils and its surroundings, but only the Daugavpils Dental Polyclinic provides physiotherapy services to an incomplete extent, where waiting lines reach years.
Project activities to achieve the project goal:
- investment in the diversification of services with a new dental office providing PRF and physiotherapy services. The mentioned services were not previously provided within the framework of the existing commercial activity.
The main results to be achieved in the project:
- creation of four new workplaces;
- creation of new services that have not been previously provided within the framework of existing commercial activity;
- increasing the number of the company''s customers and, consequently, revenues.
The residents of the Latgale region (individuals) will benefit from the implementation of the project - both adults and children. As a result of the implementation of the project, they will no longer need to wait in long waiting lines and/or apply for the service in other cities - they will be able to receive it in their region. Also, the company itself will benefit from the implementation of the project, increasing its clientele and revenues.
Summary of project results
The aim of the project was to create a new service – a dental office with PRF and physiotherapy options, purchasing the necessary equipment and equipment for performing PRF and physiotherapy. Until now, no PRF service was provided in Daugavpils and its surroundings, but the physiotherapy service is incomplete only by Daugavpils Dental Polyclinic, where waiting lines reach years. The goal of the project was achieved - a new service was created, namely, to create a new dental office with PRF and physiotherapy options and created 3 new jobs during the reporting period of the project.
The activities planned in the project to achieve the objective of the project were made, namely, investments for the diversification of services with a new dental office providing PRF and physiotherapy services. These services were not previously provided in the course of the existing business.
The main achievable results planned for the project have been achieved. During the reporting period, three new jobs were shown - an administrator (normal working hours), a dental hygienist (part-time) and a dental assistant (part-time). After the end of the reporting period, another 1 new place of work was created - an assistant physiotherapist (part-time). A total of 4 new jobs were created within the framework of the poject. The duties of the position of dentist are performed by the existing employee of the company.
A new service was shown - a dental office with PRF and physiotherapy options, purchasing the necessary equipment and equipment for performing PRF and physiotherapy, as well as promoting a new service and informing the target audience about the availability of a new service.
Residents of Latgale region (natural persons) – both adults and children – will benefit from the implementation of the project. As a result of the implementation of the project, they no longer need to wait a year for waiting lists and/or turn to the service in other cities - they can get it in their region.
