Considering that the short-term goal of SIA "DANA" is to make investments in the company, ensuring the possible further development of the company''s activity, as well as the long-term goal of the company is to ensure the continuous development of its company and its profitable operation, to ensure the increase of economic performance and competitiveness in it, the company, when implementing the project, it is planned to purchase a new production asset - a wire saw, thus making the production process more effective and faster in the company. Since the company will be able to increase production and sales volumes, it is planned to create another new job.

Summary of project results

The company started to implement the project with the aim to  ensure the increase of economic performance and competitiveness, making the production process more effective and faster, increase  the level of  production and sales  and create new working place.

 

During the implementation of the project, a new wiresaw with equipment was purchased, thus ensuring the achievement of the set project goals - to increase production capacities in the company SIA "DANA" and create a workplace in the  Latgale region - 1 full-time employee was hired.

The purchased basic production tool is used for profiling and cutting gravestones, table tops and other stone plates. Taking into account the fact that the production process has been made more efficient and the speed of profiling and cutting of the currently manufactured products has significantly improved, the company plans an increase in production capacity and an increase in net turnover from the sawing, finishing and processing of building and ornamental stones by at least 3% compared to the indicators of 2023.
