With its growth and striving for increased competitiveness, "Rumoplast - 94" Ltd. has a need to search and appoint new employees. The company will stimulate targeted employment by hiring two unemployed/inactive persons from the Lyaskovets municipality. The project budget includes salaries, including insurance at the expense of the employer, mentoring for 2 persons for the project duration. The project foresees activities according to the information and communication requirements of the NFM. The main target group of the project is unemployed and inactive persons from Lyaskovets Municipality . The secondary target group are "Rumoplast - 94" OOD employees and local stakeholders (Labor Bureau, Lyaskovets Municipality). The company will apply the principles of non-discrimination and equality in the selection of employees, and if they meet the necessary qualifications, it is possible to hire disadvantaged people (long-term unemployed, elderly people of pre-retirement age, young people, young mothers, single parents, disabled people, low-skilled persons, including representatives of Roma and Turkish minorities. Summary of project results

The project aimed to address the high unemployment rate in Lyaskovets municipality, which combines unfavorably with the lack of skilled workers needed by production companies. Rumoplast-94 took upon itself to hire and train people, who were unemployed for a long period of time, and integrate the production workforce. By achieving experience in their work with the company, both the office and production employees are better prepared for further employment or raising within the company.

3 people were hired: one office administrator and two production specialists. Two mentors, existing company employees, worked with the new staff. The hiring of production staff allowed the company to increase its production capacity and take over orders from new clients, to the point where its online store became fully operational.

The project main achievement is that the project allowed for long-term unemployed people to receive experience and training in a production company environment. Rumoplast 94 benefited from hiring people as it suffered from the constant lack of qualified personnel. The new employees benefited  from gaining new skills that they can use in potential further employment. The production capacity of the company has been greatly improved by the new staff; in addition, the mentors now have the experience to train even more new people, where needed.
