Description

Objective: To share experience and knowledge on local level entrepreneurship support measures and good practice examples of cooperation between municipalities and entrepreneurs, based on research conducted in Norway.

Activities:

Experience exchange with Ålesund municipality on local level entrepreneurship support measures and good practice examples of cooperation between municipalities and entrepreneurs and discussions on Norwegian research results on entrepreneurship support measures and the lessons learned and factors that promote good cooperation with the municipality and entrepreneurs.

Summary of the results



  1. Exchange of experiences between representatives of the regions of Ålesund, Norway, and Latvia on promoting entrepreneurship in municipalities and sharing examples of good practices for cooperation with entrepreneurs were discussed. The experiences in regional/territorial change processes were also discussed.




  2. Knowledge was acquired regarding examples of good practices in educating children and young people''s competences, including in the fields of culture, integration, and natural sciences.
