Tallin-based Bidrento, founded in 2019, is a residential rental property management software for letting agents, landlords and property managers which saves money and reduces administration time by 75%. Company combines experts from real estate, accounting and software development.
The ongoing project has been focused on developing an intelligent monitoring and management system for rental buildings. In the Bidrento additional call project, the maintenance module and the cost module of the existing building are supplemented. In addition, functionality is being developed that would significantly reduce paperwork between landlords and tenants related to both contracts and invoices.
