Description

The main objective of this project is to determine the potential for creating an ecosystem which reduces the emissions of greenhouse gasses and enables the implementation of the EU Green Deal in Romania by promoting new business ideas based on heat pumps, thermal energy storage and smart control systems.

In order to achieve this main objective , four sub-objectives have been created:

- ldentifying and analyzing the main integrated technologies based on heat pumps, thermal energy storage and smart control systems which enables the implementation of the EU Green Deal 

- Romanian market overview and

Summary of the results

The project benefited from the expertise of 11 experts from Romania and two experts from Norway, who worked on the deliverables of the project, as well as four experts from ASE Bucharest and one expert from MIPE, who optimized the administrative progress of the project.

The main results of the project: the case studies, the market studies, the analysis of the legislative framework associated with heat pumps in Romania, the financial analysis with the database of the companies in the field, were printed in brochures to promote the project results (Activity A8). In addition to the brochures, flyers, banners and other materials promoting the results of the project were also produced.
