Description
The current project aims to promote and encourage the production of animation movies in order for them to reach the public and in order for the creators to be recognized and supported financially. The target group of the project is represented by young animators from Romania, the young audience that shows interest in the movie making industry, the families from remote communities that do not have access to cultural knowledge and also professionals from connected sectors of the cinematographic industry. The direct beneficiaries are educational institutions from Romania (more exactly the art orientated high schools) from the urban and rural areas, the national media, cultural event’s audience, the Romanian film industry, cultural operators, teachers from the rural communities and the Romanian society in general. The general objective: the transition of animation into an artistic movement with educational values and professional potential, sustainable and accessible to the general public, through Romanian-Norwegian cooperation.
