Summary of the results

The initiative was  implemented in Norwegian region of Innlandet. During the trip to Norway, the most valuable was, that the Norwegian partner involved other entities who they collaborate with, to show us the outdoor cultural program - especially linked to the Norwegian Forest Museum. The main interest was a topic of Cultural School Bag, the tool how to link the cultural program with schools. The main achievement was great deal of inspiration on how the culture and education are linked, especially how the cultural school bags work, what are the new approaches, what the good practices look like, what are the challenges for improvements, especially collaboration of cultural and educational entities.
A lots of inspiration was gained and transmitted, best practices shown and recommendations were made; the human resources of people involve were developed and through the participants, other employees of cultural organizations were enriched.

The great result of this bilateral cooperation was that professionals working in the field of culture and education had a change to meet, to show each other, how they work and what they achieved. They were inspiring each other, and this surely developed the human resources mutually. Also new areas of mutual interest was found so the bilateral can continue even after this study trip.
