Simplify and streamline the work of Klubíčko''s employees by uniting in the use and sharing of documents, spreadsheets, calendars, contacts and other Google Workspace tools. Analysis of existing processes, their improvement and creation of clear rules. After 20 years of existence, we still deal with digital technologies at an amateur level. We have been using Google Workspace license services for non-profit organizations since 2016, but the usage is only intuitive and at a basic level. Our intention is to professionalize our organization and make the work of employees more efficient, to make better use of their potential. The main goal is to use already purchased IT systems more effectively, learn to use tools smartly, establish client databases and learn to work with them effectively. Simplify and streamline the work of Klubíčko´s employees by uniting in the use and sharing of documents, spreadsheets, calendars and other tools. For new employees to create a manual to help to facilitate the process of training and make communication more efficient right at the beginning.
