Description
The main objective of the project, i.e. the improvement of access to culture and arts, will be achieved through the implementation of specific objectives: 1. improving the management capacity of cultural institutions, as well as strengthening the competences of local government employees and the cultural sector. 2. increase of interest, participation and cultural competences of inhabitants of Jakubow and Stanislawow communes, as well as reaching new groups of recipients or groups, which rarely participate in cultural life, e.g. people with disabilities 3. intercultural integration, through popularization of cultural differences, searching for common values and including ethnic and national minorities in cultural events. Summary of project results
Project activities significantly influenced the development of the community, not only of the Jakubów Commune and the Stanisławów Commune, but also of the communities of the entire Mińsk district, i.e. a region with difficult access to culture. The multitude of events offered, universal access, proximity of access, free participation, as well as infrastructural availability result in an increase in the number of people participating in cultural events held in the reporting period, and also stimulate the participation of residents who previously rarely attended or did not participate.
