Summary of the results

In connection with the refugee crisis caused by Russia''s armed aggression against the independent state of Ukraine, more than 3.3 million refugees crossed the Polish border. Refugee children and families are in a very unstable life situation, confused, anxious and full of fear for their future. Therefore, the key are activities such as our project. Thanks to the project activities, the participants received the support they needed, the classes for individual participants and for children were strengthening, they were an opportunity to detach UP from difficult everyday life and a step to independence in dealing with difficulties. The main topic of our project was the organization of holidays educational workshops during 4 camps for a total of 200 (4x50 people, including 20 women and 30 children) Ukrainian refugees (women with refugee status and their children) staying in the Poland. Classes that took place during the camps concerned: self-presentation, personal development, building self-esteem, public institutions in Poland, professional activation, health care in Poland, assertiveness, social competences, coping with stress and coping with trauma. We have achieved our goals and the project has been implemented in accordance with the Application.
