The association HERE AND TOGETHER has three goals in the project:
1. To create a public image of the association and an informative platform for promoting the association and informing about the association and the activities of the association.
2. To improve the management process of the association, to develop the strategy and action plan of the association for 2023-2025.
3. Attract additional funding from sponsors and donors.
In order to achieve the set goals, the following activities will be carried out during the project:
1. Create a brand for the association.
2. To develop the association''s website for placing information about the association.
3. To acquire skills for using social networks for effective communication with the society.
4. To ensure regular publicity on the website and social networks about the activities of the association.
5. To organize meetings with the representatives of the association Apeirons and other non-governmental organizations of Ogre region, which represent the families of children and young people with functional disorders.
6. To develop the strategy and action plan of the association for 2023-2025, at the same time learning and practicing the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) approach.
7. Participate in community activities to promote the association and raise funds.
As a result of the activities performed:
1. A visually representative information platform for regular communication with the public has been developed for the Association.
2. Improved management process of the association - the association has a clear strategy, in accordance with the goal, tasks have been set for the next 3 years, as well as an evaluation system of the association''s activities has been introduced.
3. The association is recognizable in the local community, has established cooperation with other associations in the county to influence social policy in the county.
4. Attracted financial resources for the provision and development of the association.
Summary of project results
The aim of the project was to become recognized in the local community, promote the effectiveness of operations, increase the number of members and supporters, and diversify sources of income.
The association is well-known in the local community. The municipality recognizes the association as active and equal partners, inviting them to participate in various municipality-organized activities. The number of members has increased - when writing projects, the association had 11 members, and now there are 21 members. With the established recognition in the local community, the number of supporters has also increased, gaining 11 volunteers. Various sources of income have been diversified - a store has been established, and homemade products are sold at local markets.
Created their brand, developed the association''s website www.tepatunkopa.lv, and acquired social media skills for effective communication with the public. The association''s strategy and action plan for 2023-2025 were formulated, and the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) approach was learned and practiced.
