The aim of the project is to develop and strengthen the capacities of the organization Borůvka Praha o.p.s. in the following areas: PR and marketing, building the area of supporters, strategic planning and training of the organization''s employees. The output of the project will be the professionalization of the organization''s work, greater flexibility due to online tools, created CRM system and its use for building the area of supporters and PR of the organization, strategic plan and more qualified employees. The final impact will be providing better services to clients and the competitiveness of the organization. The project will be beneficial due to the organization’s need to increase staff and other capacities, it will solve overloading of employees in the administration. The lack of financial resources for development is hampering it in this regard. The main target group is Borůvka Praha o.p.s. and it’s employees. All these points of the project lead to improved long-term sustainability of the organization in the market of non-profit organizations - due to greater adaptation to the changing market in PR and marketing, we will be able to "keep up" with new marketing methods and thus better target our supporters, donors and partners.

Summary of project results

The project solved the problem of the lack of financial and personnel capacities for the development of the organization and its professionalization. In an organization with more than 40 employees, there was a minimum of people in management, a lack of online tools to facilitate work and the need to educate employees who were not educated in the necessary and developing knowledge.

 

During the project, we managed to set all the intended goals that we set for ourselves within the project.

  • We have a functional CRM system set up in the organization - a database of our contacts, donors, partners, which helps us professionalize our work in the field of PR and fundraising, and other tools such as a system for working with contracts for a clearer work of the organization''s director, accountant and HR .
  • We organized 3 successful PR campaigns with a large following.
  • We focused on our online marketing, social networks, e-shop and website, increased their audience, optimized them and improved their design.
  • We increased the personnel capacity of the organization and trained our employees in the areas where it was most needed. E.g. language skills, internet marketing, fundraising, working with the CRM system, working with clients, soft skills, etc.
  • We have prepared the Strategic Plan of the organization for the years 2023-2025
  • Overall, we managed to move the organization forward and professionalize our work so that it would be of greatest benefit to the disabled people we help.

 

The project was focused on the development of the organization Borůvka Praha o.p.s. and its goal was to solve the lack of personnel capacity in the organization, the missing database of contacts, with which you can work towards supporters and donors, lack of space for PR activities, low financial resources for marketing and no employee training. The project was successfully completed. 

The greatest impact of the project is an increase in the competitiveness and flexibility of the organization, its professionalization. The workload of employees in Borůvka Prahahas changed - in the field of PR and fundraising the team has expanded, and thanks to this, it is possible to get more supporters. Quality PR works, 

the organization is talked about on TV, radio and in the press. The organization has more educated employees due to the introduction of education into the organization. Training received by employees positively influence the organization''s clients - people with disabilities. The organization has a clear direction thanks to strategic planning. Thanks to improvements in working with online tools, the organization has more than local reach.
