Summary of project results

the problems faced by professional and technical education is the practical training of students because:

The content of the curriculum is not always adapted to the requirements of the labor market.

The business environment is not involved in the development of the curriculum.

The CDLs developed for practical training courses and technological laboratories are not always developed with the sustained participation of economic agents.

Didactic materials are missing in the field of practical training.

There are no standard practice books for students to ensure a uniform assessment of them.

In the field of economics and commerce, there are no training programs at economic agents for teaching staff.

There are not enough partnerships with economic agents to carry out internships.Internships mean additional costs for economic agents (tutors, teaching material, etc.) In the case of carrying out the practice at several economic agents, the teacher cannot ensure the effective supervision of a class of students.

The lack of fiscal facilities granted to economic agents involved in the practical training of students.Student evaluation is not always carried out by the teaching staff together with the employer.

The main aim of  this project to help us improve the quality of the practical training courses for a better insertion on the labor market of our graduates.
