Description
The project will develop a new product for the sector - the New Generation Automated Container loading System by developing a new machine (main supported activities and eligible costs: experimental development, staff remuneration, purchase of materials for the development of the new product), informative activities, cooperation with a Norwegian partner.
The new product will bring container-loading technology to the market with a new level of automation. The current technology requires the presence of human resources and other technical units (fortlift) to perform the work. The existing CLC technical solution consists in loading the goods onto a platform with a separate technical unit (fortlift) and then sliding the platform with all the goods into the container. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kFHnAyGS98s
The new technology will be more automated and robotic than the existing one.
The new technology will allow goods to be picked up from automated lines in factories or warehouses, and charged on a container loading system by a robotic arm. This way, goods can move dynamically, quickly, safely, continuously and with minimal human presence, right up to being transported by container off-site.
Many of the SmartTEH target market customer companies already have automated warehouse or factory systems with conveyors, automatic goods feeding, etc. But they cannot escape the last manual step - loading goods into containers.
