Description

A study visit to Lithuania is aiming to strengthen the bilateral relations between the Lithuanian and the Norwegian judiciary and share best practice on audio and video court hearings recording. This bilateral initiative will cover aspects such as: 1) General introduction on the Lithuanian court recording system, 2) What is the purpose of the court recordings, 3) What is recorded, 4) How the recordings are further used, 5) What relevant processual rules are in place for ensuring recording, 6) Access to the recordings, 7) Regulations (in general, not just in regards to court hearings).
