Description

A study visit to Norway is aiming to strengthen the bilateral relations between the Lithuanian and the Norwegian judiciary and will cover aspects such as: 1) Financial scheme for the judicial systems, 2) Management of the resources of the judiciary, 3) Management of court budgets, 4) Allocation and management of the budget for National Courts Administration and courts, 5) Reallocation of financial resources if savings in courts incur, 6) Strategic management of judiciary, 7) Attendance of a court hearing, 8) Overview over court working and organization of court hearings.
