Description
The aim of the project is to improve the attractiveness of the city of Rydułtowy as a place to live and work, and to adapt the local administration to the requirements of the contemporary local government administration apparatus. The effect of the project implementation will be:
1) development of the local economy and labor market,
2) development of the urban tissue,
3) improving the quality of the environment and adapting to climate change,
4) family support,
5) effective communication with stakeholders,
6) effective cooperation of organizational units,
7) high competence of the management and reserve staff,
8) optimization of the city''s income and expenditure,
9) adaptation of local administration facilities to min. accessibility requirements.
