Description

The project "Designing the educational program with tools for digital HRM in VET." is aimed at improving the quality and adjusting the educational offer in VET education. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of VET institutions by improving the quality of management and competences of managers and providing tools for remote management of educational systems and resources, including the development of competences in accordance with EQVET requirements. Two reports will be prepared: on the analysis of the company''s environment and its capabilities as well as mapping key processes and their implementation in VET institutions. There will be 4 e-learning training programs for digital HRM in VET institutions (32 hours in PL and ENG) and IT software for HRM in VET institutions, as a practical implementation of the approach to HRM included in e-learning, to be used in VET institutions. Finally, a training and project effectiveness report will be created with tips and recommendations. The restrictions related to the epidemic forced a rapid transformation towards remote and hybrid education, carried out remotely by dispersed teams of educators. Research indicates that some pandemic solutions will remain in education, in particular hybrid and / or distance education. This requires the implementation of digital solutions for task, quality and personnel management. The prepared tools will be tested in 5 VET institutions (by approx. 20 educators) and by 100 VET educators from outside the software implementing institutions. The results of the project will be presented during the course and at the end of the conference online. The developed tools will be made available in Open Resources, which will allow for wide dissemination and consolidation of the results.

The prepared results directly respond to the needs of education for better organization of personnel management processes, especially in the context of increasing requirements embedded in the global strategy for sustainable development. The tools enable much better project management in an international environment.
