Improves and professionalizes the non-profit organization in its various activities. By setting up and streamlining digital tools, organizations and the people in it will save time that they will be able to devote to working with the target group and expanding and improving services to the organization''s target groups. Communication and work with target groups will be improved.
Summary of project results
With this project, we solved our organization''s problem with basic IT functions. We needed expert advice to choose the best course of action for us, given the structure of our organization''s work, the time available for our team members and the processes we set up. We have chosen a cloud environment that suits everyone, is under the organization''s banner and that everyone has the opportunity to access and use its tools. Throughout the project, we managed to make our work more efficient and learn the use new tools we use for our services, such as workshops with schools, trade and warehouse management, a contact system, etc... I also improved communication with our partners, clients, users of our services, and we have created a customized database of contacts that all team members (suppliers, educators and schools, etc.) will be able to work with, thus significantly supporting our organizational sustainability. It also included the making of electronic signing of the organization''s documents. The biggest benefit from the project was the organization itself and the people in it, I''ve learned a lot and we are more efficient thanks to it.
