Summary of project results

The project Digitalization Zeměkoule, z. s. has an impact on several levels - on the employees of the organization, the organization as such and the target group of the organization''s activities and activities.
After more than 14 years of operation, the organization has a website and social networks and competent staff to manage these tools. As for addressing the target group, here it is assumes that the main impact of the project is yet to be seen, given that the social media campaign took place in the last months of the project and that the project aimed to to create functional mechanisms for addressing the target group.
The cause of the problem, which the project solved, was the fact that the organization does not have functional tools to get information about the activity to the target group, and the workers do not even have the competencies control tools. By implementing the project, we created these tools and the workers were trained in their use. So it can be said that we have contributed to solving the problem.
