Description
As a result of the pandemic, we had to cancel many volunteer activities. In this emergency situation, where face-to-face meetings are very limited, it is also difficult to reach and register new volunteers and perhaps even more difficult to reach people who need help. To make it easier and clearer for new and existing volunteers to find out about our activities and the help we provide, we need a simple and clear online platform, such as a website. Creating a Good Freely website will also help to increase transparency and awareness of the services we provide, not only for volunteers and clients, but also for donors and supporters of the organisation. However, in order for us to communicate effectively together digitally, we need to train some volunteers, staff, partners and clients in basic programs such as Word, Google Meet, etc., as well as teach them how to use the cloud to store documents and photos and then share them. The project will thus contribute to a greater digital literacy of the people involved. We mainly help the elderly, but they belong to vulnerable groups, and personal visits are very reduced from a security point of view. To strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones, this project will train members, staff, volunteers and seniors in the use of digital tools for online communication. We will organize training for 30 people. Establishing a website will improve and expand the transfer of information about the association''s projects and simplify the registration of new volunteers.
