: INSUL’arts seeks to create a new artistic and cultural dynamism in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. With a programmatic offer in high quality contemporary arts and together with a training offer for young artists with and without disabilities from the most diverse artistic disciplines, we will try to break the physical and intellectual limits that are on an island.
Funchal will be the starting point for all the places that make up this ultraperiferic territory, from here the guidelines for the construction of a new artistic paradigm will emerge, and from the smallest to the oldest there will be a democratic and equal access in terms of quality with regard to respect for the arts, culture and creative and pedagogical content.
INSUL''arts seeks to redesign the island and its artistic dynamics, with art as the guiding thread and the uniqueness of each individual and each location as an essential element for the construction of a culturally proactive Madeiran identity.
