Description

We have long been active in mediating endangered target groups and cooperates with social departments, courts, and schools.  The project aims to respond to the fact that there is no software on the market providing comprehensive processing of the NGO mediation agenda, even taking into account the need to respond to emergencies, changes in forms of work with target groups, etc. For this reason, we want to supplement the basic APTIEN product with development and modifications with the required elements and ensure a comprehensive long-term sustainable solution. The aim of the project is to increase the capacity and sustainability of our work with vulnerable target groups in the field of mediation using the acquisition of the applied digital tool APTIEN and at the same time acquire or strengthen the competencies of the company''s employees to use digital technologies. We want to purposefully prevent or reduce the negative consequences of measures taken in connection with the coronavirus crisis. Streamlining work through the introduction of a new, tailor-made APTIEN system will increase the capacity to receive and work, and with target groups (vulnerable groups, young people, civil servants, etc.) we will be able to increase the number of people we work with by up to 23-30%. to 400 per year and at the same time ensure the possibility of electronic communication in case of emergencies. We work with about 250 people from various target groups, mostly people at risk of social exclusion. Due to the fact that we cooperate with about 36 OSPODs in Prague and the whole Czech Republic, as well as with courts and schools, etc., which recommend us / families for mediation, we regularly ensure the selection and recommendation of necessary clients from vulnerable groups (people with disabilities, people at risk of poverty, prisons, children from vulnerable families, young people, etc.). We also train employees of OSPOD, courts, NGOs, etc. in the number of about 50 per year.
