The company Zeraxo is a small sized company, located in Zagreb, Continental Croatia (HR04). It is specialized in providing IT services and developing its own products, for domestic and international clients and has big growing potentials.
Zeraxo wants to increase its presence on the international market, and Marine Pass is a product designed for the global market. It involves development of a solution for intelligent and accurate tracking/control of passengers and baggage in maritime transport that should enable significantly faster embarking/disembarking from and to vessel, easier planning of bookings and better ticket management (sales/resales etc.). It should also lead to increased security with regards to travelling.
The solution represents a smart marriage of several interrelated applications and technologies (RFID, WiFi, BlockChain), which have not been integrated sufficiently to enable solution with similar functionalities by other providers.
Summary of project results
The project developed and implemented by Zeraxo aimed to address the issue of inadequate control of passengers and baggage in the maritime transport, which led to significant congestions in the maritime transport, slowing down the flow of passengers on and off board, leading also to low security in travelling, which is a sensitive issue, because of increased migrations and travelling in general,
With this project, Zeraxo worked on the development of a solution for intelligent and accurate tracking/control of passengers and baggage in maritime transport. The solution developed by Zeraxo enables significantly faster embarking/disembarking from and to vessel, easier planning of bookings and better ticket management (sales/resales etc.). It is expected that this solution will lead to increased security with regards to travelling.
The solution represents a smart marriage of several interrelated applications and technologies (RFID, WiFi, BlockChain).
The project has been implemented successfully and the solution developed will benefit to maritime carriers by ensuring faster embarking and disembarking from the vessel, land increased security.
It will benefit travelers as well, as faster embarking and disembarking from the vessel will increase customer''s satisfaction and better customer experience. It will benefit to the country, as the tourist offer from the country will be perceived more positively by tourists.
Ultimately, Zeraxo will also benefit from the solution, by increasing its competitiveness on the market, the sales, and thus revenues and profit.
