Description

 The project aims to target group novice artists, professionals and cultural entrepreneurs and participants to contemporary art events, recognizing as needs the access to updated tools and knowledge, promoting novice artists in cultural events aimed at professional development, but also offering mentoring, courses and consultancy for the development of cultural entrepreneurship initiatives. The overall objective is to sustainably strengthen economic development by supporting artists, professionals and entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative fields in acquiring entrepreneurial knowledge and carrying out business plans. It aims to ensure a transfer of knowledge at European level and at the local level through exchange of experience, mobility program and initiatives of contemporary art seasons such as concert and exhibition through bilateral cooperation with  Nedland Kultur in Norway. Specific Objective 1 Improving the competencies of 30 professionals in the creative / cultural fields, organizing an exchange of experience for the promoter, a mobility program for 30 novice artists and a creative camp in a timeframe of 8 months Specific Objective 2 Increasing access to culture through 6 contemporary art initiatives for 900 participants, a mentoring program for 30 novice artists, a campaign, 8 video tutorials, a debate and a good practice guide in a timeframe of 12 months Specific Objective 3 Strengthening economic development by carrying out an entrepreneurial acceleration program through workshops and consulting on the development of business plans for 120 beneficiaries from creative / cultural sectors in a timeframe of 12 months.

Summary of project results

The project improved the competencies of 30 professionals in the cultural and creative fields, through organizing an exchange of experience for the promoter, a mobility program for 30 young artists and a creative camp. The project contributed to the increase of access to culture through 6 contemporary art initiatives for 979 participants, a mentoring program for 30 novice artists, a campaign, 8 video tutorials, a debate and a good practice guide. The project developed an entrepreneurial acceleration program through workshops and feedback on the development of business plans for 120 beneficiaries from cultural and creative sectors.

Summary of bilateral results

Nedland Kultur was involved in organizing an exchange of experience for the promoter representatives for 7 days in Kristiansand, a mobility program for 30 young artists involving visual arts and music. The partner attended the exhibition organized in Bucharest and contributed with a presentation.
