This initiative aims at supporting the carrying out of the pre-defined project “Judicial training and capacity building” by establishing methodological guidelines for the selection of experts and organizing training activities within the said project. It envisages the facilitation of best practice sharing among the Romanian (Superior Council of Magistracy and National Institute of Magistracy) and Norwegian partners (Courts Administration) by organizing two meetings of the representatives of said institutions. The first meeting will focus on the organization of trainings (procedure for
