Description
During the preparatory visit, apart from observing the demonstration activities, the Applicant''s representatives together with the partner''s representatives will start work related to the writing of the appropriate application. A detailed schedule will be drawn up and risk management procedures developed. The parties will plan the tasks and the allocation of expenses. Teachers working in foster care will take part in the visit on behalf of the applicant. Summary of the results
The preparatory visit was planned to take place between 24.02.2021 and 26.02.2021 at the premises of the partner from Norway -Newschool AS.
The pandemic situation made it impossible to carry out the preparatory visit in the form planned in the application(the necessity to undergo quarantine upon arrival in Norway,ban on crossing the border).
The Applicant together with the partner from the Donor Country,using the possibility offered by the Operator to conduct the preparatory visit,decided to carry out the visit in the on-line format.
The visit took place on 12 March, 24 March and 26 March.According to the proposal it lasted three working days.
The content plan of the preparatory visit did not change and was in line with the information contained in the application and the attached Newschool AS invitation.
