Description

The aim of the preparatory visit is to establish cooperation between the Fuga Mundi Foundation and Perfect Connection as well as to prepare and plan two joint projects (together with MSS from Iceland) as part of the Education Programme components: I - Professional staff development and Institutional Cooperation - Vocational Education (VET). The implementation of the preparatory visit will allow them to get acquainted with the realities of work in Norway, both through direct contact with partners and other companies of a similar nature.

Summary of the results

The implementation of the Preparatory Visit allowed for establishing cooperation between the Fuga Mundi Foundation and the Perfect Connection company. As a result of the meetings, the participants learned about the activities of the partner institution, and the representatives of the sending institution learned about the realities of working in Norway. Partners started an initial exchange of good practices. The institutions signed a Partnership Agreement on future cooperation under components I and III of the Education Program and developed project drafts. It was established that the project in Component I would concern the professional development of the staff towards the support of disabled people, while the one in Component III - the model of educational and vocational support for people with disabilities, taking into account the improvement of the quality and adjustment of the vocational education offer to the needs of the labor market. The projects were submitted in the on-line system available at online.frse.org.pl on April 12, 2021.
