Description

The goal of our school’s vocational orientation curriculum is that the learner acquires the knowledge, skills, attitudes and social readiness needed in order to choose a suitable specialty in vocational education, to continue their studies and/or to enter the labour market. The aim is also to offer students belonging to the target group a compact opportunity to get an overview of the specialties offered at the Kuressaare Regional Training Centre and the possibilities for support offered by partner organisations (Saaremaa Children and Family Support Centre, Rajaleidja, Unemployment Insurance Fund, etc.) through networking.

As a result of the project, at least 27 students have participated at the vocational orientation course and at least 50% of these young people will be ready to enter the labour market or continue their studies by 2024.
