Description

Small NGOs have problems with internal management, fundraising, digitalization and new technologies. They are also
affected by the negative acceptance of state officials. These facts make effective management and presentation of
their activities on public very demanding. The project aims at professionalization of small and medium-sized NGOs,
i.e. stabilization, transparency and openness to sponsors and mitigation of the negative reputation among the public.
These goals will be implemented through 4 main topics: process management, education of NGO workers, networking
and information campaign.

Summary of project results

We divide the results according to short-term and long-term impact as follows. Process analysis and implementation - Awareness of the correct principles of NGO management, identification of weaknesses and strengths of current management and processes. Implementation of recommendations into the daily management of the organization. The creation of the missing strategic material and its daily use, which leads to the improvement of management and professionalization of the organization.Workshops - Involvement in the educational program. Increasing the knowledge and competence of NGO leaders and workers. Support for the professionalization of processes in non-profit organizations.Online methodology - In preparation for awareness of the scope of the issue, selection of the most necessary topics according to a survey among NGOs. Increasing the knowledge and competence of NGO leaders and workers of the wider interested public. Support for the professionalization of processes in non-profit organizations.Networking - Exchange of practice and experience during workshops. Creating partnerships and connecting representatives of NGOs.Educational videos - Increasing the knowledge and competence of NGO leaders and workers of the wider interested public. Support for the professionalization of processes in non-profit organizations.First line campaign - NROS - Involvement of NGOs and creation of presentation materials about their work. Realizing who they are and what they offer. Informing about the diversity of non-profits. What is a non-profit organization and what does it do for "its" surroundings and community. Ideally raising questions and curiosity about the non-profit sector.Second line campaign - Nerudný fest - Attract the public and turn their attention to the given topic. The campaign hit the part of the population it was aimed at. It did not change the public''s attitude, however, it remains positive and open towards NGOs with a slight preponderance. We can see the negative impact within the framework of the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation. No NGO has shown willingness to conclude a Memorandum of Cooperation and formalize a partnership with another organization.
