connect with others, set goals and enforce action on climate. Awareness and motivation tools that introduce the
achievements of the local climate activist to the public will be delivered. The applicant''s organization will be
strengthened.

Summary of project results

The most important activities of the Together and Active for Climate project from the point of view of our organisation were the design and implementation of an innovative concept education/formation of local climate activists in the form of a Climate Academy and the incorporation of the decarbonisation vision into the functioning and activities of our organisation. We have very good impression of these two activities. Very positive feedback has come from the environmental community, the presenting lecturers and the social environment of the graduates. For example, the Ministry of Environment has also become aware of the Climate Academy.

It appears that targeted support for climate activism, especially in non-central, rural areas, is perceived as necessary and useful and that it has been lacking here. The project leaves behind over 20 Climate Academy graduates, active in their regions, continuing to interact with each other. In doing so, they are people of different ages, from different professions, from a range of places. We are still in contact with most of them and cooperation (including our expert visit) is still going on even after the end of the project.
With regards of the impact of our decarbonisation strategy, it can be said that it is, at least in the insider part of civil society, appreciated as an example to follow and providing experience for others - especially NGOs, schools and others.
