Description
This project focuses on conducting an Energy Audit for two aging municipal buildings hosting public schools in Ocna Sibiului, Sibiu. These buildings, constructed in 1950, are in need of renovation and the users are unfamiliar with energy-efficient practices. However, by investing in these facilities, adopting energy-efficient strategies, and raising awareness among building users, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 50%. The main objectives include conducting the energy audit, identifying cost-effective energy efficiency measures, and significantly reducing emissions and operational costs. The proposed measures range from thermal rehabilitation and efficient window installations to lighting system upgrades and potential heating system replacements. The audit will follow a structured procedure, encompassing comprehensive energy analysis, waste identification, retrofitting planning, and systematic energy-saving project development and monitoring.
Achieving these goals include a series of key activities. These include:
- Project Management
- Project Publicity
- External Financial Audit
- Investment Activity
