Description

This project aims to conduct an Energy Audit for several educational public buildings in Turda, addressing the pressing need for improved indoor comfort conditions. Turda Municipality has been actively pursuing sustainable energy efficiency initiatives, including annual Energy Efficiency Programs, and this project aligns with their goals. The selected buildings for assessment include the Agriculture College "Emil Negruțiu," Technical College of Turda, and Theoretical High-school "Liviu Rebreanu." The overarching objective is to enhance the energy performance and indoor comfort of these buildings, particularly benefiting the city''s youth. By achieving this goal, Turda expects to reduce operational costs, redirect funds to elevate living standards, and contribute to local and global efforts to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The Energy Audit Report is expected to justify key performance indicators, such as decreased operational costs, increased energy efficiency, reduced emissions, and the provision of a healthier indoor environment for over 1500 building occupants annually. The collaboration between the City Municipality and Energy Managers will ensure the success of the project''s implementation and its positive impact on the community.

Achieving these goals include a series of key activities. These include:

- Project Management

- Project Publicity

- Energy Audit

- Financial Audit
