Description
The aim of the project is PŠL''s capacity building in communication and systematic supporters'' engagement. This will be achieved via better understanding of target groups and via systematic approach to activating supporters, incl. creation of fundraising strategy. We will also introduce impact measurement and enhanced impact communication. To approach both existing and new supporters we will develop a professional communication strategy resulting in implementation of new communication approaches, increased know-how and establishment of processes and structures to be self-financing in longterm.
