The NGO Excelence project aims for strengthtening the stability of Czech non-profit organisations. It will offer a longterm growth of the organisations, which is mostly too expensive to afford and lacks personal capacity.
The longterm growth of the non-profit organisations will be realized by mentoring based on the analysis of needs of the organisation a will be accompanied by two online courses focused on communication and on the efective management.
Summary of project results
By creating online courses, we launched unique products that were previously missing for non-profit organizations. E-learning communication has no competition in its complexity and scope, as does e-learning dedicated to processes and effective management. The courses complemented the e-learning dedicated to fundraising that we already have and now we plan to update it in the context of two new e-learning programs. Together, these e-learning courses can replace several face-to-face courses that people from non-profit organizations would have to take and pay for separately if they wanted to acquire the same range of knowledge. We also see the great potential of e-learning programs in the flexibility it offers participants in today''s context.The new website is also a huge benefit, which finally allows us to communicate more flexibly with non-profit organizations. Thanks to them the new presentation of serviceseven the more modern way of signing up for events saves time and expands the possibilities of education with new formats - in one place they can find interviews, current events,inspiration, workshops, events and courses. They can also get a better idea of who in the non-profit sector deals with the given topic and is available to them. Last but not least is thanks to the newwebsite makes it easier to connect with other people from the non-profit sector.Thanks to the project, we also managed to establish a number of new partnerships and collaborations - thanks to NGO Excellence 2021, we expanded the ranks of our mentors and consultants, thanks to which we can help non-profit organizations solve a wider portfolio of problems. Thanks to the project, we were able to adapt this training program to better meet the needs of non-profit organizations, whether it is a simple entry analysis, pairing with suitable mentors. We want to build on this year''s NGO Excellence next year as well and, based on this year''s outputs, take the program one step further to make it a real acceleration for non-profits.
