Implementation of the project was a response to the identified lack of electromobility specialists on the labor market The project took into account the development and promotion of the VET sector, including the dual teaching system and cooperation of vocational training institutions with employers. The main objective of the project was the acquisition of knowledge and skills by 100 adults, in the field of electromobility issues. As part of the project, the entire edition of postgraduate studies was conducted. The studies were carried out in accordance with the prepared study program, detailed requirements for individual subjects - syllabuses. The entire study was implemented during 2 semesters in the academic year 2021/2022. The entire study was completed with an interdisciplinary thesis in the area covering issues related to green transportation of the future - electric vehicles, hydrogen vehicles and economy, micromobility (bicycles, e-scooters, etc.), railroads and aviation using alternative fuels. The result was the graduation of a group of 105 students, including 78 men and 27 women. An additional effect is the building of a community of people concerned with the issue of green transportation in the broadest sense, representing different experiences and professional groups.  However, an away meeting was organized in X 2021 in Lodz - the New Mobility Congress, entirely devoted to the topic of electromobility, in order to intensify the promotional campaign and recruitment of candidates for postgraduate studies. Promotion and recruitment of students for the study was carried out, with more than 120 people recruited. The promotion and recruitment was carried out under conditions of the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Therefore, the implementation of some of the promotional activities and classes was conditioned by legal regulations issued by the Authorities established for this purpose.
