Our goal is to prepare educational tools supporting development of quality culture in VET institutions. Standards of professional requirements, competences, validation for 3 professional roles in education (quality manager, project manager and trainer) and blended-learning didactic materials shaping necessary competences will be prepared. In total, 224 hours of material will be prepared (112 hours in Polish and 112 hours in English), including quality in educational institutions. The prepared materials will be tested by 16 training participants from 4 Polish educational institutions. The results of the project will be consulted with stakeholders during its duration, and the final results will be presented in the handbook and during 2 seminars. The tools will be partly made available under OER license and will facilitate implementation of quality culture in VET.

Summary of project results

The need for the project arose from the transformation of process-based vocational education to one that meets the needs of the professional tasks performed. The aim was to prepare educational tools to support the development of a quality culture in VET institutions. Standards of professional requirements, competences and validation for 3 professional roles in education (quality manager, project manager and trainer) were prepared and tested, as well as blended-learning didactic materials to develop the necessary competences. A total of 224 hours of materials (112 hours in Polish and 112 hours in English) were prepared, taking into account the quality in educational institutions. The prepared materials were tested by 18 trainees from 8 Polish educational institutions. The results of the project were consulted with stakeholders during the project, and the final results were presented in the Good Practice Handbook and during the dissemination activities.
The tools have been partly made available under RES licence and will facilitate the implementation of quality culture in VET.
An important stage in the project implementation was the testing of the developed results. Testing was performed at each stage of the project: after elaboration of the standards the trainer verified the usefulness of the approach presented in the standards and verified this standard as a template for the others. The last stage of testing was the testing of the final results, in accordance with the assumptions, 18 people participated in the testing. The pilot test demonstrated the usefulness of the developed tools and their high substantive evaluation.
We promoted the developed project results during the dissemination conference, in social media and on the leader''s website. In addition, we used the business breakfast of Małopolska Employers Association on 24 February to present the results and in March in the Chamber of Commerce during the Women''s Lodge meeting.
These meetings were mainly aimed to inform about our approach to education in VET sector and to promote the project itself and its benefits.
The project in the opinion of people testing the results was very valuable

Summary of bilateral results

Before starting the project, we were looking for an organisation with experience in the implementation of educational projects financed from the European funds and the Norwegian fund. An important criterion for us was experience in implementing projects related to the creation of IT tools for education and confirmation of competences. The portfolio of projects implemented by ELS ideally matched these criteria. We received substantive support for the tools we were preparing, many consultations, know-how transfer and management support. The trainer also participated in the evaluation of materials and tools. The involvement and support of the Norwegian partner was very valuable. Especially the inquisitiveness with a broad view and a lot of experience in international projects. Our benefits from participating in the Norwegian Partner''s project: - gaining an international context for the developed educational materials and obtaining confirmation of the quality of the developed materials. - Valuable comments during the development of the blended learning concept and at the stages when we tested the subsequent results- Management support and sharing of good management practices during project implementation, - In-depth assessment and improvement guidelines for individual outcomes both in writing and on an ongoing basis orally- assistance with the development of evaluation tools and support in interpreting the results. - Assist in the development of a manual to be both concise and substantively interesting.
