The project implemented a total of 5 out of 8 planned mobilities, including: a) 2 mobilities for studies from SGH to partner universities; b) 2 training mobilities from SGH to partner universities and c) 1 training mobility to SGH.
Students had the possibility of mobility to study at 2 of the 3 partner universities of the project (in Norway and Liechtenstein) in the areas related to the fields of study they pursue at SGH (i.e. international economic relations and global business, finance and management). It was possible to complete additional subjects related to the individual interests of students, which were counted as free-choice subjects.
University employees participated in job-shadowing visits covering topics related to their scopes of duties at home universities.
Summary of bilateral results
The universities participating in the project are long-term partners of SGH Warsaw School of Economics and have participated together with SGH in Erasmus projects, as well as in the Scholarship and Training Fund from the very beginning. Throughout the period of cooperation, numerous bilateral visits, joint seminars, workshops, etc. were also carried out. Good experience in cooperation allowed for the development of effective mechanisms enabling good implementation of projects financed from EEA funds. Cooperation during the project implementation was very good, although due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was conducted in a way that limited direct contacts. Regardless of this, SGH was in constant online contact with the project''s partner universities. During the project implementation, partner universities showed great responsibility and professional approach, which greatly facilitated the implementation of the project in difficult pandemic conditions. It is worth emphasizing that the experiences and cooperation mechanisms improved during the project will be used successfully in further cooperation.
