Description

The project cover 5 representatives of partners institutions who will make a study visit to Norway. The purpouse of the visit is the professional development of project participants and improving the quality of youth work. The opportunity to look at ways of working with youth in the Norwegian education system, will allow participants to become multipliers, and transfer acquired experience and knowledge in Poland. The participants of the project are people at higher and everyday education working with young pepole (among others at risk of social exlusion). Long-term project results will be: improving the quality of education, establishing cooperation with partner organization in Norway and in the future the implemetation of joint projects involving young people.

Summary of project results

Preparatory activities were undertaken as part of the project "Jobshadowing in the Norwegian education system" for a stydy visit, consisting in planning the date of the visit, developing a schedule of the course visits. In viev on the pandemic situation prevailing in the world, not all participants could leave. Visit the studio lasted 3 working days during which planned activities were carried out. First the day of the visit was spent on joint designing experiences and educational dialogue at the headquarters of the Norwegian partner of NewSchool Oslo. We spent the second day of our visit in Bjorvik`s library, where we looked at building space for education at very stage of human life. We also visited Ullern videregaende skole, where we talked whit teachers about a grading system, selection criteria, methods work and motivation of students. On the third day, we visited the Montesorri School in Oslo, where we were introduced to it looks like working whit the children using the Montesorri method.

THE BENEFICIARY HAS NOT PRESENTED DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT.THE TOTAL COST WAS THEREFORE DECLARED INELIGIBLE.

 

Summary of bilateral results

The implementation of the visit will allow the Beneficiary to implement the experience drawn from the Norwegian education system in his current work. It will also allow for improving the qualifications of teaching staff and developing competences. Polish education requires changes in the methods of working with students, and the implementation of the visit gave the opportunity to multiply good practices in our education. We plan further cooperation with the Receiving Institution because non-formal education is a perfect complement to the educational system, and our Partner has extensive experience in this field.THE BENEFICIARY HAS NOT PRESENTED DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT.THE TOTAL COST WAS THEREFORE DECLARED INELIGIBLE.
