Summary of the results

During the implementation, the methodology for the survey with an aim to monitor needs of Czech municipalities and involvement of citizens was prepared, as well as semi structured interviews with 8 representatives of municipalities took place. The structured questionnaire was designed based on the interviews and later tested on another 4 representatives of local public administration.
On-line version of the questionnaire was created and distributed among 205 Czech municipalities. We addressed 3600 e-mails of politicians and city officials.
The preliminary program of the conference and workshop was created during June. We decided to expand the program and to cover more broad variety of communication and participation methods used in abroad and in Czech. The expert workshop was planned as a design of the ideal digital platform.
The data collection ended by August 15th and were shared with the partner.
The events (conference and workshop ) took a place by the 26th and 27th of August. It has a combined form, 26 participants took a part on-line and 47 were present on the spot.
Based on the previous findings from the survey and discussions on the expert workshop we decided to create the brochure that will help to the LPA choose appropriate tools for electronic participation.
The brochure was created by the end of the project and it is distributed and published on our webpage www.agorace.cz/publikace.
