Summary of the results

The initiative was especially successful in achieving the following: (1) it significantly improved the Czech and Norwegian organisations'' mutual understanding of each other''s policy and advocacy challenges, and what the upcoming COP26 and its aftermath will mean for their work, (2) it enabled the exchange of experiences, strategies, tactics and even provided time and space for brainstorming new project and collaboration ideas, (3) the participants gained a much better understanding of the work on sustainability and climate in Norway and in Czechia, which now makes them much better equipped for structuring collaborative projects and for knowing who to contact for relevant expertise.  The initiative has launched special work at the ISFC in cooperation with EUROPEUM to maintain regular exchanges and interactions between Norwegian and Czech civil society organisations. ISFC is also working on a join project proposal with Bellona and another one with CICERO Shades of Green.
