The project involves a study visit at Smart Kompetense company in Norway. It involves a visit of 5 employees who occupy key positions at our company. The foundations of the project are based on exchange of good practices, the comparison of course offers as well as establishing a long-term cooperation between our institutions. The main goal of the study visit is to strengthen the potential of our employees within the field of education and their familiarization with the offer of innovative courses and methodology of educational institution from Norway as well as development of common solutions with regards to child care education system. During the 3-day mobility, its’ participants will get familiarized with the Norwegian institution’s operating activities and they will have an opportunity to exchange good practices. Moreover, the issue of further cooperation will be discussed within the area of new courses introduction which were until now popular at our partner institution.

Summary of project results

The project "Inspirations as a key to success" gave the 5-person group of employees from the Medical College company an opportunity to undergo a 3-day study visit in Smart Kompetense company in Sandnes, Norway. The visit made it possible to learn about the training offer of the Norwegian partner, the way of conducting classes and innovative work methods. According to BEN, the visit initiated further cooperation not only with the Norwegian partner, but also with Polish community living in Norway. Project results have been disseminated via the website, during the conference "Determinants of education development with the use of innovative therapeutic techniques", photo exhibition and lectures. Project monitoring has been conducted on an ongoing basis.

Summary of bilateral results

Thanks to cooperation with the Sandnes educational institution from Norway and organisation of a visit, the Beneficiary''s employees have gained inspiration and ideas for the ongoing and future activities. There has been a transfer of good practices, a possibility to use ready-made solutions developed by the partner. Moreover, it is planned to implement "child welfare education" activities in the institution and to introduce training for social care personnel, foster families and social workers to our offer. The Norwegian partner has established cooperation with us, within the framework of which it will jointly organise trainings initially for the teaching staff, which will be conducted by Smart Kompetense trainers online, with the possibility of participation in the practical part carried out in the new training center in Sandnes.
