Description

The aim of the project is to develop the concept and action plan for the internal communication of the Postitee Scenic Drive Association and external communication (marketing concept, initial development task for the homepage, marketing materials design) for 2021-2023. These activities support the project''s strategic goal of improving the long-term sustainability and capacity of the network and strengthening its role in promoting civil activity and empowering the community.

Summary of project results

The aim of the project was the development and implementation of the internal and external communication concept of the Postitee Scenic Drive Association. Previous such documents were outdated and due to changes in the network and the external environment it was important to reach the agreement with the members on new common goals. As a result of then project, the methodology of Postitee''s social impact assessment along with suitable indicators was developed, and Postitee''s marketing concept along with terms of reference of a new webpage was completed. All these documents that form a solid basis for future planning and activities were developed jointly by Postitee''s membership in partnership with local municipality and grassroot village movement. As a result of these partnerships, the expectations for Postitee Association are now clearer: Postitee''s voluntary contribution to community and local life is seen as an important aspect in preserving the milieu values of Postitee Scenic Road. Good cooperation will continue in the implementation of the new action plan that will make use of documents and concepts worked out in the framework of the project.
